The main use of only native Piedmontese red grapes in the distillation of this traditional grappa is a tradition that has been handed down from one generation to the next. Through modern technology, the storage phase of the pomaces is perfected and gives this grappa a structured character. Dry and precise in the mouth, this young grappa is vapour-distilled up to 12 months before being bottled. This grappa is produced by the world’s first Zero Impact distillery (the carbon dioxide emitted during its distillation is offset by the creation of new forests in Costa Rica).
