Refunds Policy

  1. If your good(s) are delivered defective or damaged, our policy is to permit a refund or exchange of the good(s). Any such good(s) must be unopened and in their original packaging. 
  2. If you believe your good(s) to be defective or damaged, contact us at sales@wineandproseccotoyou.co.uk or 01908 272899 with your complaint and request for a refund or exchange. If we agree that the good(s) are damaged to an unreasonable extent, we will ask you to send it/them back to us and will send you a refund/exchange upon receiving the good(s).
  3. Our policy is to refund any good(s) 14 days after the good(s) is delivered. However, the good(s) must be unsealed and unopened. Orders can, in addition, be cancelled before delivery.
  4. You will be issued a Refund in the event that we are unable to deliver your good(s) or for any reason or are out of stock.
