- If your good(s) are delivered defective or damaged, our policy is to permit a refund or exchange of the good(s). Any such good(s) must be unopened and in their original packaging.
- If you believe your good(s) to be defective or damaged, contact us at email@example.com or 01908 272899 with your complaint and request for a refund or exchange. If we agree that the good(s) are damaged to an unreasonable extent, we will ask you to send it/them back to us and will send you a refund/exchange upon receiving the good(s).
- Our policy is to refund any good(s) 14 days after the good(s) is delivered. However, the good(s) must be unsealed and unopened. Orders can, in addition, be cancelled before delivery.
- You will be issued a Refund in the event that we are unable to deliver your good(s) or for any reason or are out of stock.
