Prosecco DOC Rosé Torresella is made from a blend of Glera and Pinot Nero grapes grown using the very latest viticultural techniques. The two varieties are fermented separately for 7-8 days, then assembled just before second fermentation (depending on the vintage the percentage of Pinot Nero can vary between 10-15%) which requires at least 60 days in order to obtain a fine, persistent bead and more stable colour over time.
Delicious as an aperitif and excellent for accompanying a vast range of fish-based savoury starters and tasty dishes or with all sorts of light textured, aroma-rich culinary creations. Also try with hot, spicy foods from the cuisines of the Far East.
Its pink hue intrigues and a subtle succession of floral fragrances lifted by white fruits and delicate hints of red berry fruits hit the nose. This vibrant aroma is satisfyingly matched by the lively and lingering freshness on the palate for a brilliantly versatile drinking experience plus real appeal.
