Wines produced from the highly regarded Nerello Mascalese grape have had a rapid upsurge in popularity over the last decade. This is partly thanks to its tendancy to reflect the Sicilian surroundings perfectly, aiding in the creation of wines with great character and complexity, without the excessive weight. This rosé is beautifully made, presenting a crystal-clear colour with a very fine and pleasurable nose. In the mouth it remains true with a complex and balanced flavour, with primary notes of red fruit and spice, followed by some herbaceous nuances.
